1. Order Processing Time
All orders placed on shamilzlifestyle.com are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking number once your order is dispatched.
2. Delivery Time
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2-4 business days.
- Tier 2 cities and towns: 3-6 business days.
- Remote and rural areas: 5-10 business days.
- Boisar, Palghar, and surrounding Palghar district: 1-2 business days.
3. Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹499: Free shipping across India.
- Orders below ₹499: A flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete payment.
4. Courier Partners
We ship through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Xpressbees, and Ekart depending on your location and delivery timeline. The courier partner will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Use this number on the courier partner's website or app to track your delivery in real time.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address, or provide a mobile number where you can be reached.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged — packaging torn, bottles cracked or leaking — please take a photo immediately and email us at shamilzlifestyle26@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
